Want To Brighten Sunburned Skin Very Quickly?

 I am a big fan of using sunscreen. Cosmetics also always suggest sunscreen to protect from the harmful effects of the sun. And most of the time readers want suggestions on the page or inbox with sunburned skin and the following problems-

"My hands and feet have been burnt by the sun and turned black. But this program ahead is that program. What to do now? I want tips to fix the skintone very soon. ”

Our first question is, do you use sunscreen daily? Umbrella on the head in the sun?

Sadly, in most cases the answer is no. They do none of these!

Let's talk about how to get this hot and sunburned skin back to normal as soon as possible. I have divided it into 3 parts, what to do if the skin tone changes due to sunburn or tan line falls.

 


Step 1 – Protection

Burnt in the sun because of the sun. So now your main job is to make sure that the skin does not get sunburned again while removing the tan. How to brighten sunburned skin?

If you can wear a long sleeve cotton dress

Wear shoes that cover the feet

Of course, open the umbrella no matter what the sun or rain. Open the umbrella when you go out

Use a minimum of 1 spoon of sunscreen on the face and neck. No less than that.

Apply 1 tablespoon of sunscreen on each hand and foot.

Apply sunscreen for 15-20 minutes and go outside.

Reapply sunscreen every 2 hours

Sitting at home is an excuse not to use your sunscreen? Follow the tips above before going to create. Those who are prone to sesame seeds and excessive tan will use spf 20 sunscreen at home during the day.


Step 2 - Body Brightening Bath Oil Recipe

If you are already tanned, you need to use this oil every day. Sesame oil is very helpful in cutting the skin tan. Regular use sesame oil will remove acne scars on the body, will cut the dark feeling. The tan line will lighten and reduce the rate of acne in the body.

Those who are not getting sesame oil

Substitute 1

Almond oil, or almond oil. Buy pure oil. You can use skincafe brand oil.

Substitute 2

2 cups coconut oil

Buy pure coconut oil. Amla, I'm not talking about herbal ingredients mixed with henna. Its benefits will not be like sesame oil for the skin. But those whose skin is dry will get more benefits from coconut oil.

Mango powder - 2 tablespoons

You can easily take 4-5 mangoes dried in the sun and powdered. Vitamin C in mango will help to reduce sunburn and remove blemishes on the body.

Turmeric paste - 2 tablespoone

Cooking cannot be substituted with turmeric. Buy whole raw turmeric. Make short paste if you have time. Yellow will help to brighten the skin. Will bring golden glow to the skin. Reduces skin acne, rashes etc. However, if you have allergies, it is better to avoid yellow!

How to make-

- Heat oil on very low heat. The oil should not start to boil.

- Oil with raw turmeric paste. Now just keep it on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Yellow paste should not be burnt to black. Or the oil does not boil.

Remove from the oven, cool the oil and fill into a glass bottle. When it reaches room temperature, add mango powder in oil. Shake the bottle and put it in the fridge. You can use oil after 2 days. The color of the oil will be very dense yellow.

- Of course the oil can't be kept out. Keep in the fridge. I can use this amount of oil for 2 weeks. Then I made a new one.

Terms of use-



Before bathing, massage the whole body with oil very well and leave it for 15-30 minutes.

- Now take a good bath by scrubbing the body with bath lily or loofah. Do not use soap while bathing. You can use purchased upatana or shower gel.


Step 3 - Mask Suggestion

There is work to be done even after getting out of the bath. Below are two of my favorite mask recipes to brighten sunburned skin-

For oily skin-

Sour yogurt - 1 cup

Tomato juice or cucumber juice - 5 tablespoons

Multani soil - 2 tablespoons

For dry skin-

Bason - 1 cup

Cucumber juice or milk - 5 tablespoons

Sour yogurt - 2 tablespoons

Just mix everything and apply it all over the body for 15 minutes and wash it off with water.

Do this whole treatment every day until the tan is gone. If the tan is gone or not, it is enough to do it twice a week. It is very time consuming and cumbersome. But I don't know of any easy solution without any side effects. And you have to pay the price for not using sunscreen, right?

Special note-

(1) Again, if you start this treatment without using sunscreen daily, you will regret it. So be careful.

(2) Many people want to know if it can be used for the face. The answer is that many people are afraid to use different oils on their face. But if sesame oil or almond oil suits your face, you can use it. Almond oil is best for dry skin. If the skin is not sensitive and you can use coconut oil. But it is best to use sesame / almond. But if you don't know if oil / almond oil suits you, don't fool around and apply it all over your face beforehand. Test the patch. Be smart, okay?

(3) You can try this method for stubborn spots on underarms, knees, elbows.

(4) Yellow oil will ruin your clothes forever. So read an old cloth wisely. Of course, do not sit on the bed / sofa with oil all over your body. Sit somewhere that will not stain.

(5) Many people's skin becomes completely yellow with theuse of turmeric. But if you clean your skin with daily shower gel, the yellow feeling should go away. But not everyone has the same skin. If you have stubborn yellow stains on your skin, you will reduce the yellow paste.
